During an inspection, non-conformances can be raised or minor issues can be identified. In both cases, corrective actions are to be taken to make sure the quality requirements and the agreed delivery dates can be met.

This can be done effectively on NotifyMe thanks to the ‘action items’: these are tasks assigned to package team members, either users or guests, that can be followed-up, viewed in a shared calendar, commented and completed online.

The NotifyMe action items are a great way to record and track such details online, ensuring an effective follow-up by everyone involved, inside or outside the organization, even when the corrective plan spans over several weeks or months.
